I finally received the highly anticipated arrêté de nomination today. It's basically my actual contract, and what I will need to apply for my visa. So this makes it official. I am returning to France. I cannot wait!
This past week, I've been in contact with the 7 month primary assistant in my town this year (thank you Facebook!). She seems really nice, and I cannot wait to meet her.
Next up, planning my trip to Chicago to get my visa. I wonder how cheaply this can be done.
